Visitor tips

  • Start your day with rides in the back of the park. Most visitors tend to rush to the nearest rides when the park opens. Families with little ones usually head to the Peppa Pig area, while adults might head for attractions like Blue Tornado.
  • Gardaland is a large park with plenty to see and do. Don't try to do everything at once. Take regular breaks, especially if you're traveling with children, and pace yourself throughout the day to avoid exhaustion. This way, you'll have a more enjoyable experience overall.
  • It would make a world of difference to your Gardaland experience if you purchased the express tickets for the roller coasters. With express tickets, you can skip the usual 50-minute to 1-hour wait times, to just 5 minutes.
  • Before the park opens, lots of people gather at the entrance. If you're not a huge Gardaland fan (and don't like being packed in with others), it's better to wait until the gates open and the crowd spreads out. Or, just come when the park opens to avoid the long line.
  • Gardaland does not have a lot of signboards, so use a map.
  • During summers, Gardaland can get really hot. If you feel like resting, head towards the shaded walkway by the Colorado Boats.
  • During the summer months of July and August, the roads towards Gardaland can get very busy. Keep traffic in mind, and plan your trip accordingly.
